Right of Withdrawal

This notice is a translation provided for convenience. The German version ("Widerrufsbelehrung") is legally binding.

This withdrawal notice applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) who conclude a paid contract for BlenSite. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

For a contract for the supply of digital services, the right of withdrawal expires early if

  1. you have expressly consented to us beginning to perform the contract before the end of the withdrawal period,
  2. you have confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of performance of the contract, and
  3. we have provided you with confirmation of this consent.
